I recently received a settlement from Goldenburg after God blessed me to meet a woman who is best friends with the owner which she referred me after meeting me while on my job after an injury I experienced in Nov 2021. I worked with Ethan Adams as my lawyer and he was very kind, professional and just overall I had a great experience with him. After fighting for about 2 years for justice - my case closed in December of 2024. If I ever need help in MN with legal matters - I will be returning to Goldenburg and working with/reaching out to Ethan again in the future. I got involved with Goldenberg by watching a commercial pertaining to a class action lawsuit that was developing for a situation I had gone through with a medical device failure. The case is still ongoing I believe, but Goldenberg was able to get me an early settlement that gave me some compensation for the discomfort I had endured. This is a huge nation wide class action lawsuit. They responded to me immediately and came up with the records from different hospitals very quickly. Stuff that even I had forgotten. It did take a few years, but every time I would start to think , "I wonder what is going on" I would hear from them. I had a concern once that I was expressing to my agent, and later that day I received a very personal phone call from Stuart Goldenberg himself!!!! Super nice guy. Friendly and Knowledgeable.
