I've been coming here for 5 years and I've felt well taken care of. While my dog is recovering from surgery, the front desk has been incredibly accommodating, indulging me in phone and photo/email check-ins just to give me peace of mind. The doctor herself is loving towards my dog every time, and everyone we work with seems to have reviewed our files before walking into the room, which I find incredibly professional and efficient - I don't have to fill anyone in on context or history. When a treatment or procedure is recommended, I feel they're upfront and honest about the necessity and risk, allowing me to make an informed decision rather than feeling pressured to say yes. They promptly fill subscriptions from online pharmacies, they move quickly on documentation requests. Everything is expensive these days, but from my experience the prices here are all pretty reasonable.

I brought my kitten here for the first time recently, and so far, SO good! Everyone was very nice, the doctor was so professional and answered all my questions. I'm definitely going to be taking my other animals here.
