The technician was on time, his appearance was neat and tidy. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed the toilet immediately using replacement parts that had brought along in his truck. There was no delay in having to go somewhere to pick up what was needed. We have used Perfection Plumbing on different units in our condo building.
