It’s all about the service at this place for me. Service Advisor Gabby Engel was attentive, kind, concerned and effective. She had my back and I just don’t see that often these days. My mechanic Logan was amazing and he and Gabby gave me a run down on every item that was happening with a 2018 Civic I recently acquired. They both had a chemistry and I commend them and this dealership for their selective choices when it comes to service personnel. Good DNA ALL AROUND. I met the parts manager who found me a manual online for a fraction of the cost he would have had to charge me. The two hotties working the phones and admin next door to parts were helpful and facilitated my checkout. The only dim spot was a certain salesperson. Normally when I’m at a dealership the sales folks are all over me. On this occasion I actually wanted to speak with a salesperson to buy a 2025 Accord. I mentioned it to the General Manager Vic and he put me with Michael. Instead of the accord I wanted , Michael said he had a 2023 Civic with only 9k….what he said was “short money “ I believe. His short money msrp was one thousand dollars more than the msrp online plus destination for a brand new civic with zero miles not what turned into 10,000 miles. Then when he gave me a written quote he wouldn’t let go of the quote. We had a tug of war with it. Made me wonder what was wrong with this car ? At that point the “No Sale” sign went up on my cash register wallet. Not no - hell no. Never again. And that was with his veterans discount. To all my brothers in arms and veterans out there run don’t walk. But I’ll never go any place else for sure thanks to Miss Gabby and Mr Logan. I highly recommend this place for service.
