After I was injured at work and I gave my job the benefit of the doubt with everything they were telling me. I started to realize really fast that they never had any interest in helping me out. They lied to me about my PTO and my sick time and just gave me the run around about everything. They force me to only see the company doctor. Their doctors kept saying there was nothing wrong with me, go back to work. Even though my arm was swollen and discolored. My common sense kicked in pretty quick. I received I needed a lawyer and a good one. Benjamin Harper was that lawyer and damn good one! He's a down to earth, stand up guy. After talking with Benjamin I found out he was a family man just like me. I let him know all of my concerns and he assured me that he could help me out.
